Delegate David Owen represents Virginia’s 57th District and is a proud Virginian and University of Virginia graduate. With a career in construction, he dedicated himself to public service inspired by his father’s example. Active in home building associations for over 20 years, David aims to reduce red tape, support small businesses, and lead with common-sense, bi-partisan solutions for Virginians.
David is focused on providing common-sense, bi-partisan leadership on the issues most important to Virginians.
