Individual, corporate, and PAC contributions to Friends of David Owen are not limited by state law. Friends of David Owen is prohibited from accepting contributions from foreign nationals unless possessing a valid green card.

Virginia law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, amount, occupation (or principal type of business for non-individual contributors), name of employer (or place of business for a non-individual contributors), and locality where employed or where business is located for everyone whose contributions exceed $100 in a calendar year.
