March 10, 2025 (Henrico, VA) – Delegate David Owen has officially announced his campaign for re-election in Virginia’s House District 57, reaffirming his commitment to putting people first and delivering real solutions for Henrico and Goochland. As the district’s most bipartisan leader, and one of the top ten most bipartisan legislators in the Commonwealth, Owen has built a record of cutting through partisan gridlock to focus on what matters most: lowering the cost of living, strengthening schools, and keeping communities safe.
