IAVA Teen Tank

I had the honor of serving as a judge for the IAVA Teen Tank, a “Shark Tank” style, competition for teens to pitch their business ideas.

It was inspiring to see these students thinking like business leaders: identifying problems, finding solutions, and building plans to turn ideas into reality. I’m glad to see an event spotlighting entrepreneurship as it builds skills that last a lifetime.
